- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to this Site belong to us. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation is prohibited without our prior consent.
2. Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If any Alazana item is unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone.
In such cases, you may choose to modify or cancel your order without issue.
3. Order Confirmation and Process
- Information: Our Site provides information on products and services available for purchase. Users must provide accurate information and accept these Terms of Use when placing an order.
- Data Protection: We comply with current data protection laws. Collected personal data will be included in our "Customers" database for order management and commercial activities. You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition by emailing us at hello@alazanabags.com with the subject "Data Protection".
- Order Process: To place an order, follow the steps indicated on the Site, provide the requested data, confirm the purchase, and make the payment. Before confirming, you will receive all relevant information, including shipping costs.
- Order Confirmation: Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully made.
After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, but this does not mean the order has been accepted.
Final acceptance is subject to verification and validation by Alazana.
The purchase contract will only be considered formalized when we send you an email confirming that the order has been shipped.
This contract is valid only for the products included in that shipping confirmation. - Order Rejection: We may reject orders with insufficient payment guarantees, incorrect data, or unavailable products. In such cases, we will inform you and refund any payment made.

4. Products and Prices
- Products: This website offers only products from our Alazana brand. We reserve the right to update our catalog at any time, including adding or removing items without prior notice.
- Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability.
If any Alazana item is unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone.
In such cases, you may choose to modify or cancel your order without issue. - Accuracy: We strive to display our products' features as faithfully as possible. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or devices used to access the website.
- Prices: All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT according to current regulations. Shipping costs are not included and will be detailed before confirming the purchase. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
The applicable prices are those in effect when you place your order. Although they may change at any time, price changes will not apply once you have received the shipping confirmation.
Despite our efforts to keep all information updated and correct, occasional pricing errors may occur. If so, we will inform you as soon as possible so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
We are not obligated to supply a product at a clearly incorrect price if the error can be reasonably recognized by the user.
5. Payment Methods
- Payment Commitment: By confirming the purchase, you agree to pay the full amount due.
- Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods indicated during the purchase process.
- Security: Payments are processed securely. Your data will only be used to complete the transaction or manage refunds.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming your order. Invoices will only be sent upon request.
- Fraud: Credit card fraud is a crime, and we will take legal action against any fraudulent transaction.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping: Orders will be shipped via carriers such as Seur or Mail Boxes.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are as follows and may be modified at any time; they will be indicated during the purchase process:
- Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): Free shipping. Does not include Canary Islands.
- EU countries: €15
- United Kingdom: €22
- Rest of the world: Alazana ships worldwide. Contact us with any questions regarding shipping options and costs for your country. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. - Delivery: Products will be delivered to the address provided when placing the order, during working hours.
- Errors: We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user.
- Timelines: Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within mainland Spain and may be slightly longer for the Balearic Islands. For Europe, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. In case of delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- Failed Delivery: If you are not present at delivery, the carrier will leave instructions to reschedule. If not arranged within 10 business days, the order will be returned, and additional costs will be at your expense.
- Damaged Items: Upon receiving your order, check its condition. If you detect damage, inform the carrier and contact us via email within 5 business days.
7. Warranty and Returns
- Warranty: Our products are covered by applicable consumer laws. Normal wear or misuse is not covered.
This warranty is intended exclusively for the original purchaser or the recipient of the product as a gift.
Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only. It does not include damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear, exposure to extreme temperatures, contact with chemicals or solvents, or any manipulation or repair by third parties. In such cases, the warranty is void.
To process a warranty request, proof of purchase is required. Alazana's quality team will inspect the product to determine if the issue is covered. If so, we will inform you of the next steps, whether for repair or replacement.
In case of replacement, Alazana will cover the shipping costs. If the item is no longer available, you may choose a similar product or request a refund.
For any warranty-related matters, contact us at hello@alazanabags.com - Returns: You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request a free exchange or return. After this period, the product can no longer be exchanged or returned.
To be accepted, returned items must be unused and in perfect condition, including the complete original packaging, tags, and any accessories included with the product. Tags must not have been removed or altered in any way. Returns of items that show signs of damage, visible use, or are not returned in the same condition and manner in which they were received will not be accepted.
If your order includes a gift, it must also be returned, otherwise the return will not be processed.
Once the product is received, our quality control team will assess its condition to verify it meets the return requirements.
To request an exchange or return, you must send an email to hello@alazanabags.com including your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with the instructions, where you can choose between a drop-off point or home pickup for the return.
The refund will be issued once the item is received at our warehouse and its condition has been verified and approved. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 2 to 15 business days from the date the returned product is received.
